Print Club london (part 2)

Following on from my post t’other day about my excitement to be attending the Print Club london workshop for screen printing in Dalston, I can now report back that I wasn’t disappointed on the day!

What a great exprience, so should’ve done it a long time ago. I learnt so much opening my eyes to a whole new world of hands on production and appreciation for works produced in this way. Can’t wait to really put into practice some of the techniques I learnt, so watch this space!

And to top it all off, i met some cracking people along the way too!

The PUMA hardchorus is easily my favorite piece of advertising activity so far in 2010. It’s going to make every football fan smile and their wives and girlfriends are sure to appreciate it also.

Very simple Google ad during the superbowl

Stayed up late last night to catch the superbowl, but unfortunately fell asleep just before half time so missed ‘The Who’ performing (booo) and the collection of crazily priced ads that run at half time for only a couple of minutes but get talked about for the rest of time (a good investment??).

Thanks to the wonder of t’interweb I inevitably stummbled across this one this morning:

Fantastically simple ad created inhouse at Google that I think really does them justice. Great little story, sweet soundtrack, reminder of the service provided.

Spotted this cracking new Nike TV spot from Wieden + Kennedy London…

Thought the Ferdinand/Torres lovechild DJ looked a little unwell:

…then realised it actually is Torres!!! Liverpool really need to let him out in the sun every now and again, maybe even feed him every once in a while!
